YOGA FOR RUNNERS
As a specialist yoga for sports & athletes instructor I'm passionate to bring the many benefits yoga has to offer running recovery, running performance & injury prevention.

You can join me in person at the following:

Classes follow a similar format.
​
Warm-up drills & a gentle, 15-min jog.
​
Then explore the benefits yoga has to offer running.
​
Ankle mobility, torso stability, lower body flexibility, outer hip strength, breathwork, mindfulness & more.
​
Try out a first class for free by using the code 'TRAINERS OFF'

Classes are £12 drop-in or going forward - 4 classes for £40 or 8 classes for £70
​
Refer a friend to give them £10 credit to spend on any of my classes.
​
Once they spend it, you'll receive £10 credit to spend on any of my classes too.
