Yoga for Runners Workshops in Camberwell

Join me for a monthly Yoga for Runners workshop on the first Saturday of every month at Clockwork Courtyard in Camberwell.


From 10am I'll be guiding us through some movement to prepare the body for running before enjoying a gentle 15-min jog through Ruskin Park.


We'll then come back to Clockwork to explore the benefits yoga has to offer running. We'll be looking at ankle mobility, outer hip & torso stability, balance, breathwork, ways to improve performance & ways to improve recovery.
