Yoga for Runners - Sunday 7th June 5pm

Wind down the weekend with a 60-minute flow that willllargely focus on the psoas. You know that muscle that runs from the lower spine to the hip and contracts and lengthens everytime you pound the streets, everytime you pedal up and down on your bike and even every time you take a seat...


The tighter it gets the more problems arise - lower back pain, postural problems, tight hamstrings that are overworked... in this class we'll look at keeping it healthy.

Open to beginners, open to non-runners. Tell all your pals...
